Mr. Gabi Wolkinson (MBA)
CEO
MBA in Finance from Hebrew University and is an experienced business manager and finance expert in government, industrial and small business sectors. Previously, Deputy Director of the Israeli Investment Center and CEO of Microdel, a boutique investment firm.


Dr. Ofir Menashe
Founder & CTO
Ofir specializes in environmental microbiology. He is the inventor and owner of the small bioreactor platform (SBP) technology for water treatment and utilities. Since 2009, he has focused on the research and development of this innovative technology which utilizes the power of microorganisms for the benefit of humanity. He brings broad experience in biotechnology and water industries, including: Conducting laboratory trials, field pilot tests (beta-site trials), and full configuration treatments. Ofir founded and manages Bio-Castle, which is aimed to commercializing the SBP technology applications. Additionally, Ofir is a faculty member (Senior Lecturer) in the Water Industry Engineering Department, School of Engineering at Kinneret College on the Sea of Galilee. Ofir received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering (2008), and his M.Sc. in Medical Science (2002) from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. He holds a B.Sc. in Life Sciences (1996) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.


Mr. Tsvi Tsur
Founder & Business development Director
Tsvi is a Business development & Director of BioCastle Water Technologies since the company establishment in 2013. Tsvi Tsur is a 30 year veteran in the water business. Tsvi was served as the Chairman of the Steering Committee for Agrotechnology at the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute (IEICI). The IEICI is an Israeli governmental agency operating under the Ministry of Trade. and Labor to facilitate trade opportunities, joint ventures,and strategic alliances between international businesses and Israeli companies. Prior to IEICI Tsvi spent 10 years as the President and CEO of Plastro Irrigation Systems Ltd.


Mr. Jean Wiell (M.Sc)
Sales Engineer
Expert in water engineering with, emphasis on treatment process design (Sanitary and Industrial) 25 years experience working for top industrial companies such as Aqwise and IDE managing sales and projects.


Dr. Aaron U. Levy (California, USA)
Strategic Board Advisor
Levy is currently the Chief Commercial Officer & General Manager of Universal Sequencing Technology Corp., NGS biotechnology firm based in the US. He is the founder & CEO of Emerging Transformational Ventures (ETV Global, Inc,) an M&A business development firm, based in Los Angeles, California. The company specializes in corporate turnaround and financial restructuring. Dr. Levy has been involved in our growth strategy, financial business modeling and guidance to our team since 2014. A career CEO, an innovative technologist, and expert in organizational structuring with global operational experience, Dr. Levy led several privately held and publicly traded technology companies as CEO, President & COO from early stages to multimillion-dollar global companies with over $1 billion in valuation. A holder of a U.S patent for a manufacturing process (1999), Levy published Factors Influencing CEOs (2010, 2015) and Digital Printing (2004). Dr. Levy holds a PhD in management, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. A professional aviator, Levy is also an FAA certified Airline Pilot & Flight Instructor.


Mr. Itay Kreisel, (M.Sc)
Process Engineer, Engineering Advisory
Itay is a process engineer, specializes in industrial water and wastewater treatment. Itay brings over 30 years of experience, implementing various treatment technologies, based on Biological, Physico-Chemical, Mechanical, Chemical and Membrane concept . Itay gained his M.Sc and B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology.


Dr. Eyal Kurzbaum
Scientific Advisor
Eyal Kurzbaum currently works at the Shamir research institute, University of Haifa.
